1. How to place an order?

Shopping at GiftUrWish is real simple. Just follow these quick steps:

  • Go to www.gifturwish.com.
  • Go through the various products available on our site and their specifications.
  • Once you've selected the product you wish to order; select the quantity and click on "BUY NOW" button, (right hand side of the page).
  • Go to "MY CART", and click on "Checkout". 
  • You'll now be asked to login if you've registered an account with us; if not, you can register your account with us without any hassles or you may also opt to check out as a Guest.
  • Enter the Shipping and Billing details and click on "Continue". 
  • Click on Proceed to Pay.
  • Choose your preferred mode of payment to pay for the Cart Value.
  • Once the order is placed, you’ll also be sent a notification e-mail with the order details and the estimated shipment date.
2. How to cancel an order?
 
If you wish to cancel an order: 
  • Please contact our Customer Support team and share with us, the reason for canceling your order.
  • Our Subject Matter Experts will review the reason for your cancellation request and try to resolve the objective if possible.
  • If you still do not wish to continue with your order, we’ll cancel it without any further delay.
  • Once the order is cancelled, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered E-mail Id.
3. How will I get my money refunded?
 
Refunds will be done by the same method we received the payment in. In exceptions, we may ask you for the account details or offer the Pre-paid Credit.
 
4. In case, you've ordered something incorrectly and wish to exchange it with something else.
 
Perishable items are expelled from returns & exchanges. For others:
  • Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. 
  • Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product. 
  • Opened or used products will not be accepted.
  • GiftUrWish will issue the store credit to be used to buy the desired product. Account refunds cannot be processed in this case.
  • Inner-wear, lingerie & socks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • You may be asked to send the images of the product for the verification.
5. How can I use Discount/Promotional Code?
 
Below are easy steps to apply promotional or discount code on your purchase:
  • Go to www.gifturwish.com and select the items you want to purchase.
  • When you are ready to checkout, click "Continue", the same as our regular checkout.
  • On the "Payment Information" page, under the Order Summary, it'll show "Enter Promotion/Gift Certificate Code" with a box below it.
  • Enter your Gift Certificate or Promotion code in the box, and click on Apply.
  • If the amount of your Gift Voucher doesn't cover your order total, you will be prompted to select an additional payment method.
